Centrum iCard Privacy Principles

Introduction

Your privacy is important to us; your privacy and security rights are our fundamental principle. When accessing the Centrum iCard application, no user-specific or device-specific information is requested from you under any circumstances.

Data Collection and Use

The Centrum iCard application does not use your location information and does not access your contact list.

• The application does not use your location information. No request is made to access your location data, and such information is not collected.
• The application does not access your contact list. No information about the contacts in your phone directory is read or processed by the application.
• The application uses only the minimum data necessary to provide the stated services.

Centrum iCard Data Security Statement

The Centrum iCard application is not an application that stores or processes any data. All data is stored on Centrum İş Merkezi A.Ş. servers.

Through web services, the data on Centrum İş Merkezi A.Ş. servers is verified in an encrypted environment. Upon the user's first login to the application, a unique code specific to the device/application is generated together with the user account and linked to that account, and these codes are used between the device and the server.

Therefore, the Centrum iCard application cannot access the information on Centrum İş Merkezi A.Ş. servers.

The Centrum iCard software does not, under any circumstances, collect phone numbers, IMEI numbers, MAC addresses, or any location information from users' phones.

Should the application wish to obtain such or similar information, the Apple and Google operating systems already remind the user and obtain their consent. Moreover, under the privacy terms of Apple and Google, developers must clearly state which permissions will be requested from the user and for what purpose. For this reason, it is not possible for the application to access any data on the device without the user's knowledge.

The permissions obtained by iCard from users' phones consist of the general permissions used by similar applications, including Wi-Fi control, checking internet connectivity, exchanging information through web services, push notifications, and other permissions required for the application to function properly.

Cookie Policy

When you visit the application, information may be stored on your computer. This information will be in the form of a cookie or a similar type of file and will assist us in several ways. For example, cookies will enable us to tailor the application and advertisements to your interests and preferences. Almost all internet browsers offer options to delete cookies from your hard drive, prevent them from being written, or receive a warning message before they are saved. • Strictly Necessary Cookies: These are cookies required for the application to perform its essential functions.
• Performance Cookies: They collect anonymous statistics on how the application is used and help us improve the quality of our services.
• No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Users may change their cookie preferences or disable cookies entirely at any time. However, disabling cookies may cause some features of the application to malfunction.

Risk Analysis and Occupational Health and Safety

The iCard application is used within Centrum Plaza in the following areas in order to contribute to occupational health and safety processes:

• Risk Analysis: It provides support in the processes of identifying, assessing, and reporting potential risks in the building and work areas.
• Occupational Health and Safety (OHS): Managing OHS (Occupational Health and Safety) processes in a digital environment, tracking employees' safety training, and ensuring occupational safety documentation.
• Workplace Accident Reporting: Prompt and accurate reporting of potential workplace accidents, taking the necessary actions, and maintaining accident statistics.

Protection of Personal Data

The personal information requested by Centrum through the visitor registration and entry/exit card request forms is retained in accordance with Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data. Your personal data:

• Are processed lawfully and in accordance with the rules of good faith,
• Are processed for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes,
• Are processed in a manner that is relevant, limited, and proportionate to the purposes for which they are processed,
• Are retained for the period prescribed by the applicable legislation or required for the purposes for which they are processed,
• Are protected against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

Data Subject Rights

Pursuant to Article 11 of the KVKK, as a personal data subject, you have the following rights:

• Learning whether your personal data are processed,
• Requesting information in this regard, if your personal data have been processed,
• To learn the purpose of the processing and whether it is used in accordance with that purpose,
• To request the correction of your data if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly,
• To request the compensation of the damage suffered as a result of unlawful processing of your data.
